I was wondering how its possible to understand/read the Yahoo Japan Auctions if you dont speak/understand a word of Japanese? Ive tried using Babelfish, bu that only gets so far before it resets back to the Kanji text... Im not looking to buy anything just yet, just get a feel for the site and ideas of prices that things go for? Any help appreciated.. :thumbsup:
I use: http://tool.nifty.com/globalgate/ Copy the auctions link and paste it in the "URL-field", then (in stage 2) just mark the alternative down left for english translation (if you don´t you just translate japanese to japanese...;-) ). Click on the grey button.
Not sure, but I think it work better when you want to translate a hole page. You can also paste Yahoos first page and then browse around the site with translation. Slow, but i works and are very useful:nod:
