So, people are asking me, is it shipped,I didn't get xxxx.

So I am confused. So I stop by the post office.
So I learn that packages never made it from the truck to the ship.

Turns out the post man was stealing nice new ps2.

So, today I get to go over about 150 postal receipts.

So I ask people who didn't get stuff to e-mail. EMAIL ME ONLY.

Damn you can even trust the post office these days...

The next time i buy stuff i'll ask to be sent through EMS + tracking code + insurance. I'll probably pay 60% of taxes when it arrives, but at least it will arrive.

PS: This topic should be Sticky right?

  6. Or dogs with bees in their mouths, and when they bark they shoot bees at you.

Next time don't write PS2 Test unit on the box, so that people won't know what is inside.

  10. I've got a great idea! Line the box with anthrax or something! That'll teach those postal workers!

On a more serious note, what's the damage - are you able to recover the lost goods, or did the postal guy hawk them? I hope there's the opportunity to press charges and at least get the guy fired, if not get some hefty compensation for the arrogance. There's a lot of trust put on postal workers, and for one of them to do something like this...

Well he lives in NY so the chances of deceit are very high.

One thing the Post Office frowns on is theft. Postman's looking at jail time here.

That stinks. I know for me never had problems with the post office but UPS was another story. Had one driver his idea of delivering was to throw my packages in the driveway. Don't know what I ever did to that driver but after that I stopped using UPS all together.

Lol. I can believe that about ups. I used to work there. Writing "fragile" on the outside invited certain doom.

I worked at UPS's warehouse for one week. Trust me, they didn't know the definition of fragile.

Seriously, the guy at the USPS will face jail time since it is a government job whereas at a place like UPS or fed ex, that person will get fired and probably pay a fine that he really doesn't have to pay.
