It's not the game name or title that get's it a M rating. It's the content per game that gets it's rating.

Oddly enough alot of games rated T (which would be what B or C?) in Japan are Rated M here

 

I know and games rated T here (Star Wars Force Unleashed) Are rated M in Europe (16+ high end)

 

I know, and games rated M in Europe are not even released in Germany! :lol:

 

Just because it has the same name don't mean its the same game. Resident evil 2 is so not resident evil 2 you know on ps1 or game cube its a piece of shit its all it is.
