I went out for a retrogame run tonight stopped by the store where I picked up the Sega sports Dreamcast, it was an ok haul their game selection is rather slim but they have some real gems I picked up MSR, and Outtrigger, a 6 button genesis pad (for emulatin using a retroport) and Slipheed so I can test how Gens+ and Fusion play games off of disc. Plus it's fucking Slipheed. Headed down to Gamestop picked up Catherine and Shadows of the damned talked to this teen girl and her parents and they were cool we talked about Devil may cry and I suggested some games for them. THEN HELL BEGAN! THIS MALL above all other malls I frequent is a fucking emo colony It was like the scene in the birds where the birds are everywhere and they are slowly walking away only with teenagers and these kids are freaking me the fuck out I remember why I never go to this mall. So I go outside to wait for somebody security comes out with this kid sagging pants at all attitude problem and all....they're talking about putting him on a ban list. Just looking at the kick I wanted to walk over and punch him in the face all the while these poor mall security guards are tending to this 1 shitfuck while there are other kids in an unattended mall...as I left police arrived. GOD I HATE TEENAGERS. Granted there are some I'm very close to and look up to me but over all.... I hate teenagers especially the ones that think they know everything. But that one girl in the Gamestop she was cool she looked adopted. (she looked Chinese parents NOT) I don't know how the people working in that mall can put up with all these kids. UGH.... *rant over* SO...what are your malls like
I'll tell you those little brats can possibly even begin to comprehend the awesomeness that is in The Toy Vault. They have so much Sega Awesomeness the mind simply cannot comprehend it. Too bad it's in a mall with a Teenager infestation.
The Toy Vault doesn't have a Huge gaming section but they did have what looked to me like a Complete 32x set I'll try to get pictures there if I go again Their selection of Genesis games however out numbers their NES/SNES selection by a good margin here is their website if you're ever in RI check them out just don't do it on a Fri night or you'll live what I just told you http://www.thetoyvault.com/
Teenagers are just slightly shorter, more ignorant versions of adults - who are also assholes. Then again, I know plenty of adults who act exactly like teenagers.
Why is hanging outside sitting down on the ground in front of malls, a hang out!? I never did when I was a teen (i'm 19, but soon 20). They dress like they're in art class, and glare at you like you're non-human. I personally don't like them either. Especially when they're on the bus screaming on the phone, or having their crap music blaring out. Some adults are the same though...
Anything in small numbers is fine Example Oh we have a mouse loose ok I'll set some traps. But then you have an infestatiion....you need to call an exterminator. In this Mall's case it's an infestation and these kids aren't very mature at all aren't shopping and I was literally tripping over them. In some cases I couldn't tell the Males from the females even. If this Mall didn't have a Toy Vault I'd never go. The Other Mall I frequent also has a Toy Vault so I'll have to hit them up too.
The main shopping section is here is complete and utter crap. Getting a way to buy online was the best thing I ever did.
