How the hell did you come across that? I had to use an English dictionary just to find out what it meant in English.

No need to feel ashamed if you don't know it; it's a medical word. Who knows all the medical words in a language besides doctors and criminal geniuses?

The word is "Phimosis" which is when your dick cover is more or less sealed, so Mr. Happy can't get out. Obviously, this only happens in uncircumcised men. The Wikipedia page has pictures.

How did I find out? The doctor mentioned it to my wife, and the wife asked me what it was. Of course, I had no clue, so looked it up... stumbling across the rather graphic Wiki entry.

    oh, and Greeks then!

Phimosis in Greek isn't just a medical term. "Phimono" is the verb that means to bind/gag, usually referring to the use of a clothe to shut some up for example, or metaphorically any act that restricts freedom of speech.
