If you ask me it's the seller since you have fulfilled your end of the bargain when you pay if you're the buyer. So once you pay, the seller should already leave you feedback before he ships the item that you paid promptly. What do you think??
well i wouldnt do, because maybe the buyer is an idiot, sends back the goods or anything... i always write feedback once the whole deal is completely settled. some of the sellers i bought from did not even bother to give feedback.. that sucks. f
I'd say the buyer. The seller can't send anything until stuff is paid, but the transaction is not over until the buyer gets the correct Item and expresses satisfaction. The seller gets paid first, so he should also receive feedback first.
Uhhhmm... I'm gonna go with MysticParadise on this one. Once you pay in a timley fashion you should recieve feedback for it, after all that's really all a seller says for a buyer... "Lightning fast payment!!! AAAAAAAAA+ Buyer!" Once the buyer RECIEVES the item they can leave appropriate feedback. "Fast shipment" "Smooth transaction" "Item not as described" etcetera... As someone who's sold for a long period of time I can understand how easy it is to be paranoid as a seller but that still doesn't change the fact that if someone pays you in a timely manner you should leave positive feedback in a timely manner. ~Krelian
Yeah but there is an uncanny amount of dumbasses on eBay who will buy things they don't know how to use and return it or claim it's broken. I'd normally agree that the seller should first leave feedback but when I'm selling, I'd prefer the buyer go first just because of how unpredictible an idiot behind a computer is. If that means they just don't give me feedback at all, thats fine.
I leave feedback first (as a seller), just because I think that's a good thing to do. Unfortunately, as Kyu mentioned, there is a ridiculous amount of dumbasses on eBay that will bitch/complain and just be outright cocks. This has made me think about stopping my policy of leaving feedback almost immediatly.
