Hello I have Zero4 Champ. When I get to a drag race I accelerate (Tacho goes to redline) but then nothing happens? I have tried, pressing up/down thinking that might shift it to 1st/drive, press down accelerate, lift off and press down again with no luck. Any tips please? I really need to get more games lol!
One button (i think I) is the acceleration. the other (II) is the clutch. To change gears, you have to hold the clutch and use the d pad to move the gear shift into gear. So, if you start in neutral on a 5 gear car, to get to first, you have to hold II and press LEFT, then UP to get into first. You'll notice the gear shift go like this: |-- |--|-----|-- |--|----O---|--| |--O-- -> -O--|----->|---|--- |---|--------|--|---- --|---| Special tip: before a race, move the clutch into the 2nd position above to save yourself a split second.
