Of course, all 21 Pin RGB systems take the sound and picture in from the one connection.
With a converter box it could I guess.

Received mine yesterday! Just got home to have a quick play with it... I rejiggered a SCART cable to Japanese RGB and it actually worked.
I was expecting flames or smoke, but alas, none! Simply followed the guide here.
And I do really love EMS, they really know how to make parcels move fast!
Of course a big thanks to Yakumo for getting to the post office to ship with EMS, otherwise EMS wouldn't work very well. They need parcels!
I'll try tracking down your feedback thread shortly! :congratulatory:

So many settings... so, so, so many settings...
I am going to need a good solid weekend alone with this to play around with the settings.
I never knew a Mega Drive could be so clear! Even after using the Amstrad Mega PC and TeraDrives on the multi-sync monitors... they just do not compare.

    Thanks again Yakumo! :smile-new:

You're welcome guys. I'll leave you some feedback tomorrow when I get up. I'm just off to bed now. Enjoy the Framemeister!

Feedback left. I noticed you didn't have a feedback thread, pza. So I made you one :)

Myself, I'm not aware of any US user on this site who's ever paid one cent to customs.

Though I've never asked on a wide scale to find out.

Daaaamn, twice as much as I had to pay! :s
Tbh, I've never received a package from Japan, that just went through without paying any extra money.

    Enjoy your Framemeister! :)

Uncle Sam lets almost anything in the country in small quantities that isn't banned like certain antiques, animal products like ivory, drugs obviously, etc.

So are you still able to get these, or have you exhausted your supplier?

Wow! Just sat down and had a good first level of Mega Turrican. I had to set the sync level to 20 on my Samsung LCD TV.
I did notice my Toshiba wanted a much lower sync level too though! Around 6 or 7. The default is definitely 9 too! :congratulatory:

And the difference between 60Hz / 50Hz games and having the RGB set the same way sure does make a difference when jumping.
Another thing I can only attribute to the XRGB is that in Wonder Boy (SMS) I got a handbag and it took me to a cloud level where I got another handbag.
I have never had that happen before... Next thing I knew is that I was on level 4! XRGB is incredible! Hahaha! :victorious:

What does everyone here use for their scanlines anyway? 127 / 75? 90 / 90? Sure are a lot of variables!

Sure, I can still get some but the price is up a little if you want one right now due to the cheap guy selling out. He'll have more in soon but they need to be pre ordered if you want one.

So the second paragraph of your first post still stands (39'800 yen if you're willing to wait)? Or am I misunderstanding?

That's right. You can still get one for 39'800 yen but there's about 1 to 2 month wait on them and you have to pay up front. I know that sounds risky but it's not as if I'm going to run off with your money. I've been here for almost 15 years plus have a good rep. Or you could just pay 3000 yen extra and get one now.
