    Is this guy serious? http://longisland.craigslist.org/clt/785288774.html

I sent him an email and his response was....

"dude that isn't overpriced the regular price of the phone is $300 and im giving more stuff with it. Your just cheap and have no money"

I asked what the hell he was talking about and his response was......

"O my bad i wuz selling my sidekick 3 too so, and i dont wanna sell the super nintendo for $50 because it comes with a lot of stuff and its in perfect condition"

So then I asked what the lowest he could go was and he said......

"the lowest ill do is $75"

Is this guy serious? I mean sure it's in good condition but what the hell. I'm not asking if this is a good deal or not I'm just here to share with you this guy's stupidity so don't say this is in the wrong section.

This looks like an armed robbery scam to me, especially with the sudden drop in price.

Yep especially since he's asking for cash only.

People try to sell playstations for ten times that amount... There are no stupid sellers, only stupid buyers.

You're missing the entire selling point of the auction.

one of the carts has FOUR GAMES ON IT.

Exactly. 5 games on two cassettes. Thats a cassettes-to-game ratio of 2.5! He IS giving you a deal. Cassettes are cutting edge technology.

I'd agree. I mean, only gullible nerds would carry that cash, especially if the directions take them to a ghetto neighborhood.

Wooowwww, so those are those famous "cassettes" everyone's talking about... it's a shame I can't afford them for the moment...

Now, seriously talking, I know a guy who's still trying to sell a N64 for 200 dollars only because he bought it for that price and it's not hardly damaged. Even when everyone has told him he can hardly make 75 in the shape it is (with only one controller, without the box or any games and with big scratches in the plastic) he still believes it really worths that money.

Some people try to make a good business, but other ones are just morons.

Yeah... just look on the back label of a N64 game pak...
The japanese one is called "Cassette", not cartridge...
The US is "Game Pak", not cartridge...
The brazilian is "Cartucho", at least one means cartridge... =P

In SNES, the japanese is labeled as "Super Famicom Cassette"...

Not that wrong, after all... ^^'

    * But why it's not in the wrong section? o_O
This one is not for devs?

Well I wouldn't call Bayshore a bad area. If it was Wyndanch, then that's a different story.

Tell him you'll trade him a dog turd that looks like jesus for it. He might go for that since he seems retarded enough. Buy a SNES elsewhere. Or buy a Super Famicom.
