In the process of digging out some prototypes I re-discovered this one. It is hard to get any information with google because the title of the game just so happens to share the same name with the Xbox system.
Found a bunch of stuff about it on google. If you search "Three Sixty PS1 game" you will get better results. Here is a video of the retail version:
Where was this released Europe or Japan? The disc is marked E3 version so I'm guessing it was shown here in the US but canceled here.
According to Wikipedia it was a European only release by a company called Smart Dog. If your copy is NTSC-U then it is definitely unique.
Honestly, I wouldn't know how to start. To make things worse I have a very crappy connection. Today it took me several tries just to get these photos to upload to Photobucket without timing out. It is NTSC. There are a few NTSC protos by Cyro here including Virus, Egypt and Versailles. Not true unreleased games since there were released in PAL format but somewhat unique you could say.
Even with some differences in the E3 version, if there was a release in Europe I'm not sure people would care so much.
I like the way this game looks. I used to play Jet Moto and wish I knew there was a game like it on the same system. If I had seen this back in the day I may have got it.
