3do Usb Fz-1 Adapter Issue

    My 3do Usb adapter from Mnemo loads up the menu, but will not load iso images. It goes to the insert disc screen and then to the 3do demo/screen saver. The note in the package said contact after installation. I am not sure if I need a file on the USB to make this work or if it isa hardware issue. Any ideas?
