LOL for fucks sake, in my mind a namegivening, or a baptism has nothing to do with religion. Heck the child just needs a name, so let their be Japanese name givening tradition. It doesn´t matter really. God is not a dictator, but preying to a human being is idolatry. That is why I don´t prey to Jesus. And heck, I don´t care about religion as such. That is why I just asked Yakumo, if he was going to be baptised, or namegiven or What Ever etc. so a religion war ? naah not at all. heck if there needs a war, then I won´t be the starter. And also Yakumo-sama has just gotten his first child, and that needs to be rejoiced and congratulated and that is what is important
Congrats to you and you're wife Yakumo. I hope you take it easy on the little guy and let him win at games when he's old enough to hold a controller. Or maybe vice versa
Congrats Yakumo. Best wishes to you all on this new step on your lives. PS: Teach him about Retro Gaming!

Congratluations my friend - Bit of a "Billy Bonus" that you get a month of decent kip too! Best wishes to all 3 of you - enjoy!
Congratulations to all three of you. Thats nothing lol, my partner was in labour with my first born for 26 hours. They even sent me home at one point because there was nothing happening (should have seen the look on my partners face). I wanted to stay but they wouldn't let me! The other 2 came out a little quicker!
26 hours ! Man that is a long time. Was she in agony for that long? My wife said that at one point the pain became so bad that she wanted to die. Yakumo
Yeah, women always hold that child birth thing over mens' heads. The way I look at it, they have 24 hour labors a few times in their life, while they make life hell for men for the rest of the time. And of course, suck at driving.
By the end of it she was in very little pain. She wanted a natural birth, but ended up taking everything but the pethadine that was offered to her. The epidural took the pain away (although they did mess that up the first time they attempted to insert it and she was in agony then). She didn't say she wanted to die but was looking really tired & pissed off by the end of it. It was pretty freaky when Poppy finally came out, her head was all elongated because she was taking so long to come out. Thought she was going to stay like that but thankfully she has a normal head now  How long do mother & baby stay in hospital for in Japan?
