Add backlight to wonderswan?

    So you swapped out the entire swan crystal screen with a ds lite screen? And on top of the are trying to put the ds lite backlight parts into it?

    Is it pretty easy to put a ds lite screen and does it look that much better?

    I may have to try this..

    No, I will be stripping off the lcd from the ds screen and using it's excellent backlight.

    I have to see how the wonderswan lcd is built, I hope it has a removable backing.

    I should have a successful frontlighted swancrystal within the next few days, I'll post back, it looks pretty easy to do

    I agree that frontlighting that would suck, I would love to hear how this one pans out.

    I've been busy with family problem.. I have the parts here I will try this week sometime, I have to find the voltage of ds backlight first.
