"AFV" is presumably "Adams Family Values" - which did come out in '95. It's certainly a real PCB at the least.

Did anyone notice the state of the CIC pins? Could explain why it's not working

I was just gonna mention that. Looks like someone left an iron on it and pulled em from the middle pins.

I was looking at that too, it kind of sticks out on an otherwise nice board

My guess is that the board originally had a D411 CIC on it and someone replaced it with a D413 to use the board on a PAL console. The soldering IS pretty crap though.

It's hard to tell because of the reflection, but it's possible that some of those pins are touching each other because of a bad soldering job.

Or maybe this lady just doesn't have a whole lot of experience getting cartridge games to work.

    Hi,
Anybody can share EGM/Nintendo Power mag review of the game? perhaps some beta screens etc...
    EDIT:
What is "HEAT" on each sticker? Next to AVP.
    Thanks

This isn't "off topic". It should be in one of the gaming forums. I guess technically it should be in the eBay thread since it has an eBay link.

Impossible to know. All depends on how that particular game was developed.
