    They're schematics for the revised "chip set" (with PAL support).

    It clearly says NEOGEO-2. There's more than one version of the board, as with just about any console. There are two versions of the PSU giving completely different voltages!

    It also seems to provide a fairly definite answer to the question "did Alpha Denshi design the NeoGeo".
