I'm shocked! I was surprised at the English defence. It was far tighter than I expected. They played a good defencive game. Had France not done the Scottish thing (giving away silly penalties) then I think they'd have won.

Paris will be in full swing tonight!

So tomorrow it's South Afrika v Argentina to see who meets England in the final

Like the scrum at 3 meters from the english line, or the french push scrapped by a fault almost closer to the line...
That's just a game, the show must go on.
    How's your wife tonight?

Pleased! She decided to call up the Scottish grandmother and let her know the scoreline! Boy, she knows how to sail close to the wind lol

Be ironic given the aniversary date of a certain war if Argentina beat South Africa so England played Argentina in the final. Great win for England though. :)

If you are eluding to the Falklands war, it's 25 years! I can't believe it is quarter of a century in the past! I'm sure the irony has not been missed and I hope to hell it's not mentioned in any of the pre-match build-up if they do meet.

As far as I recall this is the first time England & Argentina have ever met in a final for either rugby or football, although the last time they met was during the soccer World Cup back in 2005 when England beat them 3-2.

I'd prefer to see England V South Afrika, but we shall see!

Will make going in work tonight all that bit easier. Dotted around the hanger are huge flags and almost every golf cart has "In Autumn we cut the rose". Meh must of been using blunt shears.
