Well the game came today, and it doesn't look like the one in the picture. The label is even on all sides (unlike the picture), it does have 'NTR-ATRE-USA' on the front. On the back has 'NTR-005 PAT.PEND.', stamped in ink barely visible is 'CP3EN0J09', also just about where the contacts start it spells out Nintendo then a space then numbers and letters that I can't read. I took a picture of it with the 3DS, for I don't have a real camera (long story). :crying: But I don't know how to get the pictures out without an SD card reader, I'm getting one, just haven't got around to it. It does play in the 3DS with out a problem.... Question.. Before he tells eBay and Paypal that he got a fake, does he have to return it? It wouldn't make much sense paying for the shipping back when it just cost a few dollars... As for being taken, hey it could happen to anybody that doesn't know about these things (pirated games from China). He knows now, not to buy anything that needs to be shipped out of China, unless you know what you are getting in to. If the game really plays correct it might be OK to keep. I don't know how much DS fakes are hacked or have glitches/etc.
