Americas Army - Rise of a soldier (old Xbox, PS2 etc.)

Heya,

since they announced to bring it for PS4 now, I wonder if someone here has access to the various (leaked) original old Xbox or PS2 versions of this game (published) by Ubisoft back in the days of 2005 ?

So I contacted Ubisoft via various contact forms and emails...

 

Didnt the original Xbox version come out? It's the PS2 version that was cancelled iirc.

 

I could be mistaken but my understanding is the game only officially launched for 360. I believe the Xbox and the PS2 versions were both canned.

 

Pretty sure that it came out for original Xbox, I have copy of some America's Army game in my home.

 

You can find several US and PAL copies of the Xbox version on eBay.

Update:
Played the Xbox version for the 1st time today. You actually have to build up skillpoints and spend these. Only played the training course today, its nearly 100% like the PC version back in the days,
except the instructor is not shouting like mad at you...which was quite funny on the PC.


Now lets find the PS2 version.
