Another reason to love your DS

Adding to the already extremely long list of reasons why we love the DS, Nintendo Japan today announced a bundle of good news for the wi-fi portable including a touch-screen version of the Oprea web browser.

While the announcements took place in Japan and should be considered “Japan onlyâ€￾ for now, when coupled with NOA Reggie’s recent hints about DS browser software we expect (and hope) to see these add-ons announced for the rest of the world soon.

Hmm, the new DS lite is looking more like a must buy as every day passes but do I really need one?

Erm, that browser is probably going to be limited like crazy to work on the DS hardware. I dont even care much for the psp's web browser.

Sounds great, and how is it going to work? an on-screen keyboard on the touch screen and then the display shows the website? if so it sounds a really great feature, no need to put on your pc to check your e-mails and the like without the expense of a PDA.

I think when any company comes out with a product the release the ulgliest color that still looks decent. Just look at how dirty the grey looks compared to the white. My cousins blue DS is just stunning IMHO side by side with my grey

The black Xbox's looked like crap compared to LE's, the white Dreamcast looked like crap compared to the LE's, the first gameboy looked bad compared to colored ones, the black PSP looks bad compared to the ceremic white. The list goes on and on.

    Jerks!

On that note I can't wait to score DS lite.

$149.99. If I'm wrong I'll run down times square naked.
