Any collections / pictures of Model 3 or Naomi WITHOUT cabinets ?

I'm curious how many people are setting up Model (1/2/3) and/or Naomi systems WITHOUT cabinets ?

That is, using good video equipment to scale the video output onto a large, modern flat panel of some kind and using handheld controllers, etc.

Basically an arcade system (physically) downgraded to a home console scenario.

Any pictures or collections ? Comments ?

Sorry for the mistake ... I see there is a _development_ sub-board that covers these specific sega arcade systems, but since I am simply interested in seeing peoples collections, I thought it was best posted in "your collections".

Naomi plugs right into most TVs that have a VGA connection. Model 3 is a bit more difficult though

 

Right. I was just wondering if anybody had posted pictures/setups of such a setup ... integrated into their home console setup or their home theater setup, etc.

It's called a Supergun with a harness. Most of us would put such pics in the arcade forum rather than here - there may even be some. Go have a looksee ;-)
