Off topic: I was diagnosed as a young lad as having Asperberg's long before it was well known. Last psychiatrist I spoke to didn't think I qualified in the least according to modern criteria. I did get a few benefits in High School that were nice (taking the CHSEE in a quiet, non-crowded library instead of a gym with my closest 700 classmates) but I never got anything quite as spiffy as the coverage of computer hardware and software. I'd love for my community college to cover the cost of a new laptop for me but I'd imagine every Uni/college has a limit on what brand, how much, etc.

I'm hoping to have graduated from a 2 year Community College (after 5 years of attendance) at the end of this year scoring my G.E., an A.A. in "Social and Behavioral Sciences" and another A.A. in "Natural Science and Mathematics" as well as G.E. certification for transfer to a C.S.U. (California State University). Few more classes and I could have an A.A. in Psychology but really they are barely worth the paper they're printed on.

Planning on moving up to a 4 year that they'll want me to stick around at the community college level to do the "lower divisional" courses (Physics, calculus through linear algebra and such) before I can get into a higher level institution to do a stint for a B.S. in electrical engineering and probably up to the graduate level. Somewhat worried If there is a PhD program I'll likely go nuts if the economy hasn't picked up yet. Can't wait to be swimming in debt!
