I found spikeout (xbox) to be really hard sometimes. Maybe its cos im crap but ive heard others say it can be hard.
Spikeout can be a totally sadistic game, I played it initially for around 3 hours without remembering you can use a special move by pressing the main buttons together and couldn't get anywhere with it
I agree, it's a tough, tough game. Enemy AI is downright relentless and unforgiving...you really need to memorize each level's enemy/item placement thoroughly and just practice. A lot of luck also helps, but I still have not finished the game in earnest.
