Anyone else not get their stuff from kiff?

It's been about a month since I paid kiff for some Xbox beta discs and they haven't arrived and he has not responded to PM or E-mail.

Anyone else having a problem getting their stuff from kiff?

 

Nope, I've spent literally hundreds with him and never had a problem. It's up to around the £600 mark, and still no problems ever. Kiff is one of the finest members on this board, and if he says he's posted it, he has posted it. The UK weather has been shit recently with all the snow, so things are delayed left right and center here.

 

I understand he's a good upstanding member here, but what I have a problem with is that he hasn't responded to me via PM or E-mail about this.

I never did get a confirmation from him that he shipped them out, just that he'll get them out when he can.

Yeah, I'm sure he would have insured the package as it was quite expensive.

I'll post more here when I hear from him.

Hes got some problems with postage man, he was also ill. Im still waiting on my arcade. TNT wouldn't collect from his postcode till the 29th so just hang on another week it should be there. Il try get hold of him later if you want.

 

I confirm, he was ill so maybe the postages took longer than usual. Add to this the Xmas period, all the post offices around the world are working slowly.. Don't worry, he'll answer to your pm.

 

Thanks, guys. If he's ill or a delay, not a problem at all. It's just that he's been on here a few times since I've sent him a PM and E-mail and has not responded to either my PM or E-mail about the status of the package.

I've never had a problem with a member here and even though I don't post a lot, I do buy quite a bit of stuff on here, so I guess I don't like the fact that kiff was quick to reply to my PM about purchasing his items, but then ignores my PM when I inquire about the items not arriving after one month.

Here is the PM I sent him on December 22:

"Hey Kiff,

Do you have a Tracking # for the package as I haven't received it yet.

Thanks.

Patrick"

And here is the E-mail that I sent him a few days later on December 27:

"Hi Kiff,

I purchased some Xbox Discs from you on the Assembler forum on December 1 and haven't received them yet. I've tried to get a hold of you via PM on the Assembler forum, but you haven't replied.

Do you have a Tracking # for the package? Let me know.

So, as you can see, nothing more than a simple inquiry as to what's going on and yet, nothing in response from kiff at all. Very frustrating.

keep cool..it seems there are some problems with the post office..thats all..i am waqiting for stuff too,and i am sure it will come soon..if not,i am sure he will send you your money back!!so kiff is trustfull,give him some time to clear that up with the post office!!

I hope Kiff is actually alright, and there is nothing wrong with him. Theres a nasty flu going around and I have caught it as well. It proper sucks

 

Well, he (or maybe someone using his computer) is logging on here as his profile just said that he last visited 4 hours ago and still no reply to my PM.

Stuff happens in life, I understand, but to ignore PM's when you're dealing with someone is not right.

I'm going to send him another PM just in case he didn't get my previous one or hasn't seen this thread.

 

He pops up on my IM every now and then, if he shows again soon I'll point him in the direction of this thread. I've had smooth dealings with him in the past, and given the amount of trade he's done here I imagine he'll do right by you soon enough.

 

hey guy, I'm in the same boat. I, myself, have been waiting on a PS3 Splatterhouse 2010 Press Kit. Kiff wrote me and explained that weather is slowing down parcels, so I would have to wait until at least Dec. 30th. (other items I have ordered from Europe have been delayed as well, so it makes sense) I know it's odd, but if assembler and crew says to give him a break, I'll believe them.

I am still waiting for £150 since 5 weeks. Actually 7 weeks but the PM I sent 7 weeks ago with my bank details never reached him apparently.

I've sent several PM's since then having to chase him about whats going on. I also see that he is logged on here quite often but still doesn't reply to my PM's.

Hopefully I'll get my money sooner or later........

The lack of communication is puzzling, especially since he's been logging in here. I paid on December 1 and he replied back that the weather was bad and he'd get the package out ASAP.

That's the last I heard from him, so I have no idea if/when the package shipped. It's now December 30th and I haven't received anything and I'm getting no replies to my PM's and E-mail.

 

One thing KIFF is a cool dude i having probs with packages not been collected as well.
since the 20 of DEC one item today was picked up.

last time i talked to Kiff was the 16th December and he told me that TNT couldn't collect till 28th-31th December, he also said hed been ill and busy with work so id say give him till 7th of Jan for all the backlogs and letting him get back into work to post the parcels. hope i get my arcade soon hes already got the xdk and sidecar i sent him :/
