you know it. my back up MP3 player is my phone, Samsung Juke. It has 2GB. So it's like...my greatest hits. ...kinda.
I've actually thought about buying one of those chinese iPod shuffles, the same size but you don't have to worry about itunes.
My boss bought me an Iriver e100 for my birthday, the controls are clunky and a little unresponsive but I love the features, FLAC, mp4 avi wmv etc as well as a radio and external speaker.
You don't have to worry about iTunes with iPods as well. For those who have Ipods, http://www.getsharepod.com/ and set them free.
I already have Rockbox for my 30GB iPod, which makes me use it with my PC without the need for a program on the computer. I guess something similar for the shuffle is pretty hard, considering it doesn't have a screen.
Beats me. The whole "brand-label tech" thing that Apple have kicked off with their products, and the dedication they've received from so many people, confuses the shit out of me. Especially when, with the iPod, the product is sub-par in several key respects.
Im gonna get a 16gb Nano. I love my Shuffle to pieces, so simple after I had 5 (yes 5) Creative Zens each with problems. Now the Nano can hold all my music I'll get one when its released. i think the classic would be overkill and I like the Nano's size.
Mine has 15GB left . I think I'll convert and transfer Macross Frontier to fill the little f*cker
I love this apples limited edition 4gb ipod thats only limited because they have been produced and they dumped the idea cost $170... Funny how its been sent to EU stores. Again to remind you the 8gb is $150 and the 16gb $199! http://www.macrumors.com/2008/09/17/limited-run-of-4gb-ipod-nanos/
