If for some reason you can lay down on something flat on your stomach (like a table) and have your legs fall down at a 90 degree angle, lift them up bringing them parallel with your back. Other than that. Stand straight up, slowly bend down to 90 degree angle, then back to 180. If you're out of shape you can actually fuck your back up somewhat easily w/ the latter, so be careful.
I used to wake up every morning with a sore back to the point where I couldn't bend over very well and squatted just to get stuff from the bottom of the fridge. A new mattress helped out a LOT but still hasn't eliminated it completely. Doctor doesn't seem to care, probably thinks I'm a drug seeker.
I have lower back problems then make my right foot to num up. Doctor knows about and has an MRI, told me there is some degeneration. Then I have slip discs in my neck. I'm a mess.. =Hugh
Some months back (6 months +) , I got some serious muscle cramps in my back (actually so much, that I was paralysed in pain , and the worst part was I had to call a friend to come and help me out of the chair because of the pain) and I was on skype when it happened. The next morning I went down to the doctor and she said (a nice Swedish hot blonde) that I should do the back exercises that GP mentioned, and ever since I did those back stuff, I have not been in pain since back then. And I tend to not have those paralysing back cramps again. So talking about bad back or back pains ? well I raise my hand, since I have had those kinds in the past.
