Hmmm it doesn´t really impress me.

 

I like the large open enviroments with this game as well as the nice detail on the tree's. Having said that the rest is pretty bland, though what do you expect for a game thats running 1080 by default.

 

The art style is arse.

 

Why do people go to shitty looking games in the first place? Look for something that is using the PS3's full potential. Its not about graphics anyway. Come on guys, every one of the current gen systems is going to have some good AND bad titles...as well as ugly.

Still this looks decent IMO. Think about what Shadow of the Colossus would look like if it was ported to the PS3 or had a sequel. I'd imagine it would be pretty awe inspiring, at the least.

I found untold legends crap on the psp already, very dull game. Looks crap on the PS3 too, for a next gen game what a disgrace, even the GC can do better than that.

Where are the FFVII and Killzone realtime demos??? Gone already and yet another crappy hardware design from Sony...

I can't wait also to see the outcomes of the BD - HD-DVD war, that'll be fun...

Its sony man. Get over it. We all know how they hype their consoles. Ps2 was suposed to be more powerfull than the xbox, once the emotion engine got fully used.

 

i'm not impressed at all. really. graphics like this sucks in my opinion, like it does the one in world of warcraft....

why no choosing a FFX grafic style? nice, crisp detailed... i bet those 3d model have 5 times more polys than FFX and still suck!

game companies now have to do good works and put REAL efforts in 3d models, people would be disappointed to have that on the ps3 launch (expecially those that are waiting for it not buying the 360 )...

 

I wonder if the delay is going to mean the specs change? Final dev kits in June would indicate that they haven't finalised the hardware yet.

 

if anything, they will remove things in hardware. They already did it once or twice, like when they removed the router function they anounced on ps3.

 

That's not a good example of what the PS3 is (hopefully) capable of. Take a look at the Tekken 6 or Heavenly Sword trailers for something a tad more impressive.

Yeah, take a look at all those tech demos, wich most are cgi...

 

Don't get me wrong, i think that the ps3 will be a powerfull beast, and i'm sure i'll own more than one of them over the console's cycle. I'm just saying that this screenshot (and this game in particular) looks like crap.
