Well I also found a few other bugs. I could only call them 'proximity' issues, but I am sure that professional debuggers would have a specific term for the problem. I.e. walking up to things and being able to see through objects and walls (something I hadn't been so aware of since PS1 days). Also if you walked up to something, instead of just stopping, I noticed she did that stupid shuffle that sees you go into some epileptic fit, camera angle shifts etc.

Also she does the really annoying thing where if you are not meant to touch an object she puts her hands out like there is a sheet of glass in the way.

Fair enough, but frankly you are miles from anything, so she looks like a shit French mime artist!

I'll tell you what the game is like as soon as it stops dicking me about!

One design issue I also noticed in comparison to previous TR titles, were the annoying number of button commands flashing up at the top of the screen. They are very small instruction panels with several different button explanations and they are not terribly clear.

The only Tomb Raider I gave up on was Number 1 as the graphics were utter rubbish on the Playstation 1. I am sure it was no better on the PC.

There have been a few howlers along the way, such as Tomb Raider Chronicles which I finished in under 5 hours. There was nothing challenging about it at all.

Also, if I remember rightly the ending of Tomb Raider 3 was particularly stupid. Don't you hop over clouds in the sky and up to some damned temple? Can't remember - been a LONG time!

Legends is the one I have played the least. I mean to go back to it, but it's apparently very good on the Wii (according to a mate of mine)

Damn, that is one glitched game!!

Grrr... Apple need shooting for bringing poor grammar to the mainstream with their iPod Touch adverts saying "funnest". That said, I'm not sure whether to take your use seriously in a paragraph with recockulous!

Legend isn't on Wii, ;-) that's anniversary, which is a pretty bad port on 360 at least, can't imagine it being better on Wii. The game is alright, it's just got stupid bugs vs. the PC/PS2 one.

I don't even know what ad your talking about! I've been saying funnest since I was a kid, I didn't know it wasn't a "proper" word. And yeah, recockulous. It's the internet, I don't care, lol.

Fair enough, like I always said you always managed to catch all the lucky breaks :)

...I remember playing the very first TR and the level of bugs depressed me. I presumed I was unlucky so when the 2nd one was released it would be better, alas not....I never bothered with anymore.

I loved the first one, it suited the Saturn pad very well. The others just got a bit stupid.
