Assembler's community magazine status update So for people who might have lost some parts of the story: the idea of making and printing a assembler's magazine popped out a few weeks ago, and lots of people were interested in it and willingly to help, people started posting suggestions, covers, inpage design and such and were eager to start writing some articles. At that time we were all willingly to make an assembler's magazine, and i tried to have some talks with Kevin (assembler), because the thing was growing out nicely and i didn't want to let the enthusiasm cool down Also it was impossible to keep everything in order in just one topic and i tought that it was not good to overuse the forum by flooding it with articles for the magazine or such things... so i had a talk with kevin and he said that he had no time to take care of it (later we saw the topic saying that he was ill) and that we could go on making not an assembler's magazine, but an assembler community magazine, since he couldn't get involved for now. I also offered Kevin to be the main editor/president/ BOSS of the magazine but i guess he was too busy with his health and other (and maybe still is) for accepting. So i took a (maybe wrong? i'll explain why later on) decision to accept the offer from mairsil, that made a forum ready so that we could start our work and talk without flooding assembler's forum. I said maybe wrong, because almost no people that were interested in helping on assembler's forum registered to the other one... So this part of the topic was to clarify the question, because i felt that someone misunderstood our migration to another forum as a split or a desire to leave... anyway the things so far: for now, we are located here http://forums.pouncingkitten.com/ the first 2 articles are located here http://forums.pouncingkitten.com/viewtopic.php?t=47 and here http://forums.pouncingkitten.com/viewtopic.php?t=40 feel free to comment and suggest correction or whatever... so far we are in great need of staff, graphics, reviewer and people willingly to write some articles, so the above text are just in text format with no pics for now... we even have to choose a name! Anyway i just wanted to show that some small work is going on, i had the will to write another article, but i'm not willingly to write most of the magazine myself it's supposed to be a community magazine! Sorry for the long and boring read, Karsten

Every once in a long while, the host does maintenance which knocks off large chunks of their servers. It only lasts a few minutes though.
I signed up at pouncingkitten, but have been having all sorts of issues so I haven't gone back. I'm still interested if I can be of any help, though, so please let me know.
