I agree that would most likely be ideal times.

Boop. Just noticed this thread. I'm hyper busy, but I've been on an Xlink Kick lately. I have the following from the list on the first page:

Halo: CE (its really hard to get a game of this going)
Tony Hawk 2x
Unreal Championship
Doom 3

I'd be really into 2x as I love it.

 

Just JunioR waited around 40 minutes and no one showed up. So hopefully next session there is more since the time is more accessible.

 

that's 7 a.m. on friday for me, cant make it to early & i go to work...

I'm not set up yet though when this was announced I looked in to how to get it running and came across this - http://www.teamxlink.co.uk/quickstart.php

Seems simple enough I guess.

 

You may need to port forward, depending on your modem/router. Other than that it's simple to join.

 

Xbox users need to port forward according to the xlink website. For the people that haven't set it up yet, all you have to do is forward UDP port 3074 to your pc device that is running xlink. Easy enough if you know how to navigate your modem/router settings.

 

Halo 1 and 2 are fun but I think other system Link games should get some love too. I got a spare Conkers Bad Fur Day disc only up for grabs for free. All you got to do is message me and it's yours no games FREE. So what do you say Conkers anyone?

Thanks to all of those who joined Timesplitters FP event.

Next event that popped out of the hat, Project Gotham Racing 2.

Many of those who couldn't make it to Midtown Madness 3 event and Timesplitters FP event, games will repeat in the second week. Judging by the amount of requests for the games. Games with the least votes maybe played once all 1+ vote games have been played through.

 

So that's midnight on Saturday right? Meaning it will be Saturday afternoon in the UK... should be doable.
