I didn't get my ECTS pass today, however I did get my receipt for EGN :-D

 

EGN is that the trade event within the Games Stars bit in EXCEL?

Would that allow you to get into Games Stars for free?

I managed to get 3 tickets for Gamestars on the Wednesday, im keeping 2 for me and my mate, so I have a spare ticket going begging if anyone wants it? asking 1x Gamecube demo disk, or £5

 

Got my pass for the three days today.

So who else is going?

Not worried about the Gamestars unless I get some freebies.

Haven`t got my magazine think with me now...but I remember going a few years ago with a freind and there is a guest pass in the mag. So filled that out and been getting invites ever since.

From what people have been saying, GameStars sounds like its going to be better than ECTS. I am 80% confident the DS will be on show in at least one of them, as they have been turning up at everything lately. So hopefully, there will be some of those cool light up stylus' for grabs!

 

Already got a couple of the glowing stylus` and some of the T-Shirts.

I have to admit, that's the only thing im actually hoping to grab, except for a load of demo disks... and t-shirts... and photo's of booth girls... and posters... and bags... and pens... and yo-yo's... and anything else that isnt nailed down (but if it is and they aren't looking for long enough...)

Thanks to someone else on another forum I've managed to get a free pair of VIP tickets to the Games Star Live show!

So it looks like me and Importaku will be going after all to the Games Stars Live show after all...

Now, I just have to see if I can get in EGN now!

 

The VIP tickets just let you in on the first day at 10:30 instead of 12.

 

We can get into EGN, if you don't mind paying the £30 entrance fee.

OK guys, be on messenger tonight or tomorrow and we'll finalize plans, make sure we have each other's numbers etc.

 

For those going, I have been told the tickets have arrived, but haven't seen them myself. I will tomorrow. I will be posting tomorrow evening, so log on and check for final details!
