Did Shenmue 2 get an EU Xbox release with the right gender for Yuan? The character was definitely male in the EU Dreamcast and US Xbox versions.
Um, Capcom vs. SNK 2 anyone? The PS2 port is satisfactory....but has strange looking graphics, and plus, what's the fun of playing ANYTHING on PS2 that was originally on DC?
Lost Golem is a pretty fun game, there's a quick writeup about it over here. It can be had on eBay for about $25-30, and is supposedly very rare (though I have no idea what people are basing that on). Cosmic Smash is another fun one that doesn't get much attention... though it's packaged in a DVD case and will stick out like a sore thumb in your collection. Strangely enough, the game is entirely in english, the voiceovers don't have any accent or any engrish even. It's weird that they didn't bring this to North America. Pretty much all the late-release shooters are excellent, though Chaos Field is probably the weakest of the bunch. Most of them are bullet-hell type shooters, but they each have a slightly different style for the shmup connosieurs out there. Some of the last few were also released in DVD cases (Karous, Trigger Heart Exelica, Under Defeat), so they can keep Cosmic Smash company. --Zero
