You want the food pre-made, or you want to make it yourself? There's no Asian food like my grandmother's lumpia. Displaced Republican Chinese who settled in the Philippines didn't have access to their usual ingredients, so they ended up trying to make egg rolls with very thin pasta sheets, sliced meat and strange vegetables. The result was smaller, crisper and spicier than the thing you ordinarily get on the side with the combination meal. I tend to make lumpia in batches of a hundred, with ground pork and multicolored cabbage. I leave the waterchestnuts out when serving to caucasians. :) Something I do that they don't is baking them rather than frying them, which is less flavorful but healthier overall. If you do fry them, set the temperature high and use fresh soybean oil, and don't fry for more than five or six minutes at a time. Oh, and use Wei Chuan spring roll sheets and not that nasty crap from the normal supermarket.

another natto fan - good stuff. I hate udon noodles though.

I've eaten some really fucking good thai dishes. my friend used to own a thai restaurant in London and I was a regular.. ahem.. guest there.
some super spicy soups with crab claws and stuff - most expensive dish, very nice.
