Lambo demo is available for free, Parris released ATV3 for free through myself, Red Star is available online as well. If the seller is a member here, that is not cool at all, selling stuff that is available for free online.
He's selling a debug kit, surely. When I dispose of mine I'd be sure to fill it up - the people who buy may or may not know what's available online. If they know they can always wipe it! Stone
I was the seller long story short I got stuck with two from an impulse buy and did not have the funds.. so I had to sell one I have already PMed Borman and explained so I don't look like a Douche, in no way did I screw the buyer. Thought I would put this out there
No backup media is allowed unless it meets one of these restrictions: Game is a beta copy. Game is unreleased and not available on the internet. ... Just to make people who may not know aware of the rules in the marketplace. Theres a certain amount of respect that should be had for those releasing stuff, either for free or as a community thing, and selling copies of a game thats been release at the cost of someone, unreleased or not, is not exactly the kindest thing to do
I understand that fully, and that is the main reason I would not post it here. I knew however not to INCLUDE the betas on backup media or anything I just thought loading it up would be nice. As I told you I wasn't thinking. :shrug: I did however let the buyer know and he is cool with it he is a collector just like me Edit: Also I greatly appreciate those who release the betas/protos 100% including you!

Errm...if you load them up they are included, you just need the Xbox Neighbourhood tool to copy them onto a PC, then onto a disk...! The Xbox itself is backup media, how do you think half of these games ended up being found? Stone
The point being you dont sell something, and not say its a copy of something that someone here released for free. Theres a difference between finding a copy of something like Halo, and a difference between taking that copy of Halo, releasing it online, then having someone make copies and sell that for additional profit.
Well i'm glad that this didn't start any drama the right thing for me to do would have been just sell it with what was on the box when I got it providing it wasn't already released.. But I learned a lesson for the future :nod: Thanks for not giving me a hard time guys.. I like assembler and would like to stay here.
