Bionic Commando R (+ Demo) up on jpn PSN

For the ps3 owners who can't wait till thursday, a demo for bionic commando rearmed is up on the japanese PSN store.

Damn. Oh well, at least I don't have to wait a half year like games normally take to reach europe.

Not a super easy sack of crap like Commando 3, essential buy I think.

 

I never got Remote Play to work. So annoying.

EURO PSN release is currently postponed, US and Japan got it yesterday (13th).

PC is coming out today (14th), although it almost seems like it'll only be Direct2Drive that will have it up today.

360 came out yesterday (13th) for all regions.

 

Bah :banghead:, I was looking forward to getting this. Oh well atleast I can try the demo through my US account. Are PSN cards avaliable in the US yet?

 

Dammit, do I have to resort to getting this for the 360 instead =/

Sadly remoteplay was laggy like always. Remote play would be awsome if only they could improve the sending on it (video is fine but input always ends up lagging too often, shocking pixel junk eden plays better by remoteplay).

Also just a heads up but based on comparisons, suposetly the 360 version has framerate drops in a few levels and the ps3 version doesn't (this is according to quite a few reports on neogaf).

 

*sadface* that us PAL regions don't get it just yet. I'd be would be tempted to buy it on the 360 but the whole MS points system, menu navigation and the fact I play my PS3 more make me want to wait.

 

Was going to download the US demo but couldn't find it, it's not out in the US yet?

Luckily I also have a JPN account, and luckily the demo was in English
Pretty cool I will definitely buy this when it's released over here.

Though I did noticed a few things I missed from the original like the ability to hit the enemies with the bionic arm.

 

You try sticking to that! We both know you won't make it halfway through next week before the craving sets in. Then you'll come crawling the taste of sweet, sweet candy ...

I found a good way to still my hunger, I played the original on my NES.
So I think I can resist getting this for the 360

 

Suckage if it's true...I'll have to get it sometime anyhow though. I decided I'm still going to wait to get a PS3 and instead buy a bunch of old games. :nod:
