Black 360 HD-DVD Drive

Anyone ever seen one of those in the wild?

The news of its existence hit the world on the 16th of February 2007, so I guess it has to be in shops by now (although i ve never seen it in person)

I've never seen it before in my life. That picture is the first time I've ever seen it.

Why was it given to developers? I though MS had previously stated that no games would be published in the HD-DVD format, so presumably they wouldn't need one??? :shrug:

Yea I heard about this. This one was auctioned off.
if i recall correctly this was given to those who worked on the Xbox 360 Elite.

I would love it if they came out with these for retail.

 

I saw this a while ago,it looks ok but I still prefer the white hd drive.
