Im after creating a small blog type site for writing game reviews whats the best programme to use or is it best to use some thing like Myspace with its blog section? Has anyone got any experience of using a blog site?
Its as simple as signing up on my site, and hitting submit news. I can then put it on the front page, or whatever else is needed to be done. You can embed Youtube, Stage6 Divx, and Google Video files with a simple command. And of course, I can change your access permissions so I dont have to put it on the front page, and you can yourself PtoP was designed to be a user-oriented site more then it is right now, so thats something Ill be looking to improve in the coming months.
you can get a free web hosting account whit php and mysql. then install wordpress (a very common blog engine) and post your review OR subscribe at wordpress.com, you have the same result but you don't install anything
Yup, using your own PHP blog software is the best solution - or use someone else's (like Borman's) if you so wish.
