Could be fake, there's been a few of those unpopulated dev boards being sold on Yahoo over the past few months. Personally I can't tell if that one's fake though.
According to the stickers on eeproms, you think it's fake? Did you ever seen another real cart like this one?
The board is surely authentic. The EEPROMs, other IC and that battery all look to be authentic. Someone dedicated could have faked it all, of course. It's possible to have all authentic parts, but program some different software. I guess it depends on the price they could hope to fetch for this game. BoF2 doesn't strike me as a prime candidate for forgery. I say it's legit.
