Cheapest and Best Capture device?

I'm looking for a great capture device so I can record game footage from the Playstation 3. As most PS3 games are only 720p would that make a hunt for a affordable capture card easier?
So far I'm thinking about the "DarkCrystal HD Capture Pro". Any suggestions?

Thanks, didn't see that thread I was away for a week ><. So it seems the price range is about $150+ hmm... Sigh.

 

Quality costs money. You'll also want a decent PC if you plan on editing the footage.
