Is this a Famiclone only thread or all video game clones with discrete chips welcome?

If so, as seen on someones avatar pic, the Megavision MD clone :

What a beautiful piece of art you have there :D
    Loving it <3
Btw, this thread is for any clone hardware. Nes/Famicom is just the most common platform to be cloned.

Interesting Mega Drive clone there! I can't see the videos at the moment but judging by the still image I'm guessing this also works with the 32X? Bonus points!

I'm pretty sure the guy in video modded this clone to run the 32X system (by patching some traces). Apparently he went as far as trimming some of the 32X unit plastic shell in order to fit into the Megavision  . Other than that it seems to be a 1-1 copy of the real thing.

I used to have the Electrolabs MG-16R, a full hardware MD clone with high quality wireless controllers and Mega CD compatibility. Seems to be the deluxe version of the Scorpion XVI/Aito Turbo.

The only problem was, due to no shielding, the console would smell like burnt plastic after a few hours of use.

I guess you could add your own shielding?

This is an impressive piece of hardware. Looks like it could even support the Sega / Mega CD unit.

The AV station used CD's not cartridges.
I don't have it anymore :( Has anyone else come across one of these? Would love to find another :)

Some love for the Atari 2600. Finally a system that plays the Atari carts facing you :p . With wired Famicom style controllers and CPU & TIA chips.

Technically, these are all NOAC systems I think. Only the older ones produced during the actual NES days use discrete UMC chips.

From the mid 90's? That's pretty cool for something that old.

This thread seems to have been forgotten. While the rules state that system on a chip is not included I would like to see more old clones being added here. They are very interesting.

Actually, this is probably a system on a chip but I'm not quite sure. Introducing the Woodi GBA.
