I am selling 3D Printed USB-GDRom inserts and offering printing services if you supply the model files.
Printing will be a flat rate of $5 an hour plus shipping to you. I will start every hour past the first one on the 15 min mark. I will contact you with the projected print time before starting the print. Print failures will not be counted against you, but if the object is too complicated to print with my hardware I reserve the right to cancel the print.

Dreamcast fan adapter. Ready to go fan adapter that allows you to use a 5 volt standard PC fan on your Dreamcast. I can also make it with a wire that can run to the power supply to support a 12 volt fan you will just need to attach that wire.
The adaptor includes a 10k resistor that allows the normal fan's tach signal to be read by the Dreamcast.

Do you agree to ship printed stuffs to France ? What is the precision of the printing ? (in micron).

I have a 400 micron nozel I can do 100 micron layers. I can ship to France, shipping prices will be pretty high
My gdrom insert less us shipping is $20 and shipping to France for priority mail is $34
So it would be $54
Or with a slower service I could ship it for $47 total.
Shipping on other printed objects may be much higher depending on size. If you have something you want me to look at I can give you an idea of cost.

 

Well, shipping is as expected pretty high. I have a local guy who can print stuffs for me. But his price per hour are bit higher than yours. Anyways, nice that some members here are offering 3D printing services

Now if you can print the covers for the bottom of the GameCube considering i got like what 2 npdp readers missing red covers and nr reader missing the teal covers and tdev missing the brown covers id be happy even more happy if it can have the etching in the cover like the original either or just the covers alone would make me happy


Also sure alot of people with GameCube dev kits missing the bottom covers would be happy aswell to have there kits with all the lids if this is possible for you to do

 

Are they the same as the ones on a regular GameCube? My hardest thing would be getting a matching color and I would need one to model off of. If you know of an existing file for the covers I can totally print them. I may even be able to get the texture similar with a acetone vapor wash.
I would need there to be enough interest in purchasing them to invest time in designing them.

 

yes same as normal ones only color is different idk what I can give you since I'm missing the covers

 

I'll keep my eyes open for a broken one on eBay with the covers still on it. It might be a fun project to just experiment with.

 

they won't be the colors I need but yeah get the specs and what not and see there small I wouldn't mind paying for it and not only for dev kits can be for retails when people pick up broken gamecube aswell anyways let me know

 

Yeah I'll update you on it if I'm able to get one and start checking, color is the problem

the teal is spot on it looks like the red has to be a bit darker and there is brown for the tdev

 

Do you have these in baby Blue ........not teal or dark blue

 

I can get a lot of different colors, if I don't have them it usually just takes a few days for me to get them delivered.

So nice I love it...shipping cost like usual it's not cheaper to France, but for a DC collector with USB GDROMit's so beautiful....same thing for USB GDROMGDEMU? custom color like orange for NTSC or bule for PAL?
If I good understand the fan adaptor can use 12V fan .... the 12 V fan used for gd rom reader? no need to change for pico and a better cooler circuit?

Samething (fan adpter & support) for rhea saturn?

Last thing do you print power plug for pico for DC and saturn?
