Thought I would shre the information. Just received in two builds of Conkers. This was from the Rare action recently on ebay from the guy selling all the debug games. Anyways, thesee two builds of Conkers from 3-2005 and 5-2005 contain Bad fur day. Teh jade empire in the lot has Conkers live and reloaded on it. Anyone know if these builds had short cut keys for debug built into it?
And a few more...Enjoy Once you get to the doors and have ot use the fryin pan you get 3 enemys and conkers say" I thought the programmers said this was a straight port, what a hack"
You are welcome. I found when you get to the bridge and the warter fall, beggining part of game, part way down under the land section deviding both water falls I found there is a jail.. I have not been able to totaly land but I get "Dont forget me" as I fall past him.
Thanks a lot macwest, now I'm hankering for a play through of Conker's Bad Fur Day. Glad I just finished fixing up my XBox. There goes my week.
Been using the N64 guide to see how close this is to the original. I ended up with 2 builds one from march and another from may will be interesting to see if anything else changed
Loaded up a retail copy and have been playing for the last hour. The screen shots you've shown so far look like retail aside from the font used in Berri's scene there. Though that might be because of differences in seeing it on a 480i CRT TV and whatever you used to capture it.
Used xbox screen capture tool. I suspect this was an early port over to the xbox. Eaxh section gives hints on what keys to use. Wish they had released this on the xbox. I think many people would have enjoyed it.
No, just saying I wish the beta version I have for the xbox went to release. From what I understand, these versions I have, are from when microsft took it over and had Rare do a port. These never made it to production.
Are they many differences then? I must admit from what you have shared so far it looks / sounds very much like the retail version. It has been many years since I played the game so could have missed something obvious.
