No, I am not taking the piss. Yes, it only takes 5 minutes to rewind the tape, but think about it from a business perspective. 5 minutes to rewind, another 5 minutes to get the tape back to the shelf. 6 people do that in a day, that's a whole hour wasted and someone has to get paid to do that. Or maybe the boss has to rewind all these tapes, now he has to get up from doing paperwork a bunch of times to rewind this shit making him stay late. If they don't charge, no one rewinds which really adds up. Imagine how many tapes would come back rewound if there was no charge? There would have to be one person dedicated to just rewinding.

It's easy to say from the outside "it only takes 5 minutes to rewind a tape, I'm not paying for that" without considering that everything being done in that store costs somebody money.
