Can I change the lid from a phat TEST unit? No this isn't to sale and decieve but I love the black on black as well as the font used on these lids. Would I if I could find a test lid, case or whatever easily jist swap the lids? I HATE the chrome trim on my other A-01 model so that's why I want to do this for this system.

 

You do know only the Tools have the black trim right? DECHA aka The ones that say "TEST" on them have chrome trim just like the launch systems.

No, but he is looking to put a TEST lid on a black trim unit. The lid itself doesnt have the silver trim. He wants to put a TEST lid on the CEX, if he can find it.

Honestly, he's better off finding a TEST with damaged chrome bits, and putting the black parts from his old console onto that.
