    i agree. If a game wasn't developed by Sega then you can't say they made it even if they did pay for it and own the license. Sega own the license for Gunstar Heroes but everyone knows it's a treasure game.

    PS: Eternal Champions on the Mega CD while better than the Mega Drive is still crap.

    Sega CD Eternal Champions is much better than the MD original but it's far from being a good fighting game. Go YouTube a glitch or combo vid on the game.
