    MrHard, a PM to discuss any problems would have been nice.

    The unit was fully tested and worked just fine? The TEST is virtually brand new, barely used.

    I test booted two disks in the unit, maybe the media or region of disk you are trying to use is not suitable?

    Just to notify everyone of the above situation, MrHard has decided it is best to do minimal communication and raise PayPal complaints under the 'not as described' section.

    To fill everyone in, I held said item for over 1 week without reply from MrHard, I then shipped promptly upon his payment after waiting to hear back from him, having done previous deals in the past I was happy to do so, although concerned.

    I have offered to pay for a new laser for the TEST, in the mean time he has asked for virtually all his money back, then put a complaint into PayPal while I have not been at the computer.

    His payment was for the TEST, 360 XEDK power supply + shipping and has put a claim in for all his money back, plus he still has the TEST.

    As i'm sure virtually everyone here knows, I have been selling here for years and consider myself a honest and upfront person. I am very upset the above has happened and want to keep my name clear for the future.

    Currently I am now having PayPal problems due to MrHard being all too happy to file complaints whilst I have been trying to put the problem right, so this ruins it for everyone.

    Thanks to anyone who can be bothered to read all the above, I am currently somewhat dissapointed with the approach of some members.

    Guys, thanks for your support.

    To update the situation, I have told MrHard if he gets a repair qoute (within reason) i'll pay it.

    Other than this, I have told him to send it back, I should be able to replace it, or I will give a full refund for the unit if he would rather have the money back, I can't be more fair than that.

    Still he is refusing to close the PayPal dispute which has now give me problems with my account meaning I can't really use it, which effects members of this board, along with other things I actually use my account for.

    I don't understand what he is hoping to achieve? I have done pretty much everything I can, I doubt many other sellers would have gone through the efforts of trying to correct the problem and offer the refund upon return of the unit.

    What more can I do?

    I don't know what's your problem.
    Put it this way, I'll never be buying from you.

    I'm a good buyer and never had any problem on AssemblerGAMES.

    I spent a lot of money for a not working PS2. I opened a paypal calim, as a normal procedure.

    I don't like people who open up claims right away. Simple as that. Talking to the seller or buyer for a solution comes first. If a solution is offered then take it.
