How can I ship it back without guarantees?

 

I payed - I received a broken unit - I opened a claim - WE FIND A SOLUTION ( repair it or send it back ) - Refund ( or partial refund for repair) with claim close

 

I bought many times hardware from Dan, and allways in perfect condition!
Hope you get you paypal account soon back, Dan.

 

Thats funny, as I have had a couple of members PM me now to confirm they have had issues with you in the past. I won't get into discussion as to whom these people are, but I think the fact more than one person has stepped forward says alot.

I admit, before this I never had problems with you, but this is beyoned a joke.

I have requested for MrHard to send it back, I am not even going to bother with the repair option anymore, I would rather him send it back and then the deal is over.

You do realise, behaving like you are is ruining your own reputation here? Do you not think that multiple people think the way you are doing it is wrong actually could be right?

Personally, I would have tried to resolve it via PM first, and held off with the public complaint and paypal dispute as a last resort.

I'm sure a lot of buyers/sellers will now avoid trading with you.

Yes, send it back please, I will refund you as soon as I have it providing it arrives back in the condition it was sent. Also I have the serial number to validate it is indeed my unit.

If you send it today, I should have it early next week.

 

This isn't eBay mrhard!

Also I'll stick my neck out and say you can't have paid ALOT of money for the unit as Dan doesn't charge ALOT of money for anything!

Sure this could have been sorted differently but just to let people know I also vouch for Dan as an AWESOME seller and nobody should be put off buyer anything from him!

Thanks for doing this, I am an honest guy, send it back, when it arrives I will refund you, i'm not going to mess you around. Do you seriously think i'm going to ruin my reputation here (which I have worked hard to achieve) for the money you paid for the kit?

I am more than happy to refund you and get this mess over with.

EVERYONE WHO HAS BOUGHT FROM ME, PLEASE NOTE DUE TO WEATHER IN THE UK (SNOW, ICE) THAT THERE IS ABIT OF A DELAY ON SHIPPING. SOME COURIERS HAVE FAILED TO COLLECT PARCELS AS THEY SIMPLY CAN NOT GET TO ME.

Hopefully everyones items will be out as soon as possible, hopefully this weather will soon be over with. Sadly the UK seems to have major issues when we get abit of snow.

I will do my best to try and make sure all parcels are delivered in a timely manner.

I figgure it was better to post this here rather than try and go through my inbox and send people the same message.
