Hey guys, I've gone back to an old Raspberry Pi project of mine and I've realised that I have forgotten most of the plans I had for this thing, so I can't remember how I was supposed to wire this up. Serves me right for not writing stuff down I guess...

Anyway, I have this OKI-78SR 5V DC-DC converter that I was going to use to power both a small screen and the Pi. The Pi requires 5V 1.2A, and the screen requires 12V 150mA. Here's a link to the specs of the DC-DC converter:

    http://power.murata.com/data/power/oki-78sr.pdf

On page 8 it shows which pin does what, so just to confirm I should: connect the power supply's 12V wire (red) to pin #1, connect the power supply's ground wire (black) to pin #2, connect pin #3 with some wire to the Pi's 5V pin, and then connect pin #2 to the Pi's ground pin. And then I can connect the power supply to the screen anywhere further up the wire before the DC-DC converter, right?

That is correct, funny thing I ordered a few of these exact same switching regulators 2 days ago.

Great, thanks! It might've sounded like a stupid question, but I just want to make sure I don't blow anything up.
