If its a retail power supply then no, Only a Dev power supply with the correct Amps or a Talismoon with a PC power supply will work. if you REMOVE the sidecar then you can use a retail power supply.
if you have a side car you are going to need a PSU that can supply power to both because it draws quite a bit of power
