    what kind of back problem mate?
    I have back problem myself and visit for acupuncture treatment once a month... seems to elevate the symptom somewhat...
    Had one of disc dislodged tiny bit while playing soccer back in high school - in fact took time out of school because of it - but doctor reckoned no surgery was necessary and I've been conscious of my back ever since...
