Just cusrious if it would ber remotely possible to obtain one of the following prototype or ultra rare consoles and if they ever hit the wild (as in sold on ebay or whatever by private owners) and if so how much did they go for?

-The Nintendo64 with the Ultra64 logo still on it.

-Samsung or AT&T 3DO as there are pictures out there but never seen in the wild I think.

    -Sega Neptune

    -Jaguar Duo (JagDuo)

-Goldstar Alive II 3DO (looks like a PS1)

Didn't someone from the boards buy a Nintendo 64, which had some kind of a non-standard logo at the front? I'm not sure if it was Ultra 64, though. I just remember seeing a photo around here somewhere.

I think assembler has an ulra64 board (no case no logo), which is still rare.
It was up for selling on ebay some time ago if i am not mistaken. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

Jagduo must have hit the wild but didnt make it to the shelves. I have heared about a rumour saying there could be some mint sealed jagduos in some kind of storage after they got recalled from the market.

    I have a u64 mockup with logo.

Neptune belongs to some game museum

The jagduo was just an empty shell afaik

The goldstar 3do was sold in korea and is easy to get.

Thanks for the info guys! interesting on that stocked up JagDuo myth!

@Assembler: what do you actually mean with mockup? an empty case or an actual working unit but fake?

Eventhough I know the 3DO Alive II was released at one point I never in my life saw one on sale (probably even harder to find then the Samsung Saturn) I still wish to find one of those 3DO's one day! if you know of one on sale I would be interested!

It's just a shell. A N64 fits inside. I have not had the guts to take it out of the plastic and try...

The Samsung alive is a very sexy machine. they used almost the same shell
in blue to make a m2 mockup.

Incorrect. There was one empty/non-functioning mock-up produced and some design sketches and plans, but this thing never went into any kind of production. There is no warehouse somewhere with complete units.

Bullshit that's what it is. Print media back then ramped up 3 months before press. There's no way one makes 10k of anything and they all vanish.

Also, virtual hampster = lol. We already saw how unfinished the beta that showed up is, and they had 10K copies printed up?
